It’s updated on the website - all less than 2 km SC are confirmed.
Yes I’ve seen that. Was wondering when the confirmation SMS / email the school was talking about will come.

Congratulations to all the parents who’s kiddos got into RGPS
Has the school sent any admission confirmation message (SMS or email) to parents who don’t need to ballot? Or will they do that only on 7th Aug?
Any update from school on breakdown for number of applicant based on school distance?

No balloting for 1-2km. 55 applicants in >2km category will ballot for 6 places, so the ~1 in 9 odds info above is accurate.

All 55 SC ? I wonder why the numbers are higher this year? More girls? Best of luck for those balloting.
Not sure about that. See no reason why a PR would apply given zero chance.

The odds for >2km is ~9x this year compared to ~3x last year. And that for a much lower base snake year vs dragon and stable boy-girl ratio year on year. Historical data stats can only take you so far :heresmyfish:
What’s the source of this nugget of info? This means a) 1-2km is safe and b) between <1km and 1-2km, ~117 spots got filled!

So, 172 applicants for 123 spots. Would MoE be uploading further details on where balloting would be required? I recall they did that for Phase 2B. Anyone knows if 1-2km is safe or not? Thanks.
