Hi all, please do not hire any maid from sakura employment agency @ far east shopping centre cause they will give you a lousy maid that cannot do housework at all. They will quickly read the contract with you without explaining further and get you to sign to close the deal. And if you were to report to them about the lousy helper, they wouldn’t bother to do anything to resolve your issue, even if you ask for replacement, they will either ignore your request or inform you that no replacement maid available. To cut story short, this agency simply the worst.


I was being threatened by the boss via text several times and even stalked me on my carousel page. Pls avoid hiring maids from this agency.

Will nvr recommend sakura employment agency to anyone. Gave me a useless helper & no replacement maid given. Infact not even a refund. I’m glad to make the right decision to sent their useless maid back to home country. Why bother sending back to agency when the helper cant even work, right?


Basically it’s like a force sale transaction. Go through the contract without explaining every detail to you. Will get you to quickly sign the contract to close the deal.

Would suggest you to go find maid elsewhere but definitely not this one! Dont waste time & money.

Found mine in NetsMaid agency site. And i will nvr recommend sakura employment agency cause it like like force sale transaction. I got mine from there and the helper couldn’t work for me and asked to be sent back. Spoke to the boss but not helpful. Rather put blames on employers wherelse the problem lies in helper. No refund, no replacement option for me. So I cancel her permit and sent her back to home. And i was told that the agency refused to refund my FDW insurance policy fee. But the good news is i still get my policy fees directly from the insurance company.


Police report has been filed. Please find maid through other agencies. Dont rely on the EA Ratings on MOM. Not so accurate.
