I know how hard it is to find a good tuition teacher!! I enrolled 2 of my kids (Pri 1&2) under Ms Lim, as we are Chinese speaking family, their English is very weak. After tuition for 5 months, my daughter English finally managed to pass and now she score average of B to A. Hope this helps ur kid. All the best!
