    • RE: How do you maintain your relationship with your spouse?

haha yah I agree that good food is the way to entice hubby to come home for dinner...

initially when I first started to be SAHM, I loved to whip up a storm in kitchen for dinner... until the day when my hubby says he's too tired washing up the 'debris' of my culinary experiments that I switched to one dish meals...I love cooking and it's very fufilling to see my hubby and my fussy eater dd1 enjoying my food... think steamboat/sukiyaki is fun for family bonding while if I cook pasta,I have to cook 2 versions: the creamy version for dd1 and the garlic/olive oil version for hubby...

laughter is a good way to liven the relationship... it's usually hubby who makes me laugh with his silly antics.. wonder how can I become humourous(cos me usually very tired after taking care of my 2 dd)?

hope to hear some replies from daddies here too šŸ™‚ it's only after our 7th wedding anniversary that I made a conscious effort to love him more... haha like what he said, we have only 1 lifetime to be husband and wife...

    • Is it advisable to change school at K2?

      Hi all,

My 5 yrs old girl is currently in a half-day childcare which she enjoys a lot. Her teachers are warm and caring.

However, the syllabus is too simple. Writing alphabet at K1 and inventive spelling at K2!! There is only 1hr 15min of studying during the 3 hrs session. Moreover, the school fees isnt cheap either. I’m worried that the school doesnt prepare her adequately for P1( though she attends enrichment classes)

There is a Cherie Hearts branch behind my house. But the environment is not well-lit and the teachers look bored. However, the curriculum looks comprehensive for P1 preparation.

Should I let her have her childhood at the expense of her adulthood(academically)?? Or should I let her go to the seemingly-not-so-vibrant-Cherie Hearts?

      Thanks in advance!
