LOLMum:Good suggestion....now is to see whether my current employer will be willing to let me go for just a month.....angelz88:
i think the focus should be on the kids. thus if you are going to quit and stay home, dont get rid of the maid immediately. keep the maid, let her handle the housework and you focus on the kids. sort out the problems your kids have, set a daily routine for them and then slowly tackle the housework yourself and see if you could cope. also see if your dh is able to help out.

RE: To Work Or Not To Work
I am at the point of choosing to be SAHM or FTWM. I have always take pride in my career and able to manage my 3 kids at home. They are great kids. Talked to hubby about the dilemma and he said I could take a long break and see how.
The purpose for this dilemma arises from my Pri 1 ds who said he misses me…I would reach home at 7pm. And the kids have to go to bed at 9pm. So each day we have only 2 hrs. And my Pri 3 dd is having issues with her Maths. Though I may not be the best teacher (always end up screaming at her…which makes me feel so bad…but I just can’t control it), but i thought I will not feel so guilty, at least I am there at home for her.
It will also mean changes to our lifestyle…no more maid…I WILL be the maid…and maybe cutting down the tuition and I do it myself…but I don’t know whether I can manage…would I end up screaming at the kids…and they will hate me instead…sigh… -

The tags are iron-on type. Just that after a couple of years, the tag started to come out and I sewed it back.
What I did was after ironing on the name tag, give a few stitches at the 4 corners of the tag to ensure it does not come out so easily.
oh ic... hope DD will not be too rough and end up with two holes in her blouse by end of the 1st weekRRMummy:

Don't think they are so efficient.
I remember during mine time, my ds went without the tags for 1 week plus -

Ok, then maybe there is a change from 2011 onwards.
The new ones will be sold on the last week of Dec (I was told by the uniform vendor)!
I was told by one of the teacher during orienation that the new school T-shirts will not have the Doves, Swans, Cranes and Swifts anymore. They are going to colours insteadangelz88:

Then dont buy the t-shirt first.
There are Doves, Swans, Cranes and Swifts. I forgot how the kids are assigned into these teams. -

We also realise that we do not know which team my gal is in. Tried asking her but she don't think the teacher told them at all.
Dilemma: Which PE T-shirt to buy???
Any mummes with children in the Student care?
