HAPPYH:Wow! quite a lot of work. I think your PR skills are good.Actually when you consider that it is her full-time job, it's not really that much. You just need a system that you stick to. All of my maids have managed it as well as helping to look after the children and they are always done with their work after dinner.

Every time you pay someone by the hour, both parties are usually unhappy.The helper feels that you are trying to get too many things done and you feel that more things could be done.Better to pay by projects if it is possible.

I think childcare very good for FTWM… When my dd was taken care of at home, she got far too much tv time. Sometimes inappropriate adult soap operas too…
