Will MOE will update whether the primary will conduct balloting? Anyone have an update for St Anthony Primary Bukit Batok?

If the turn out is the same as last year, <1km should be safe. Otherwise, you might have to ballot.

I think you can just go ahead and try even if you need to ballot. At the same time, just choose a back up school for Phase 2C(S) just in case you get balloted out.
