I am contemplating if I should apply for my gal next year so would appreciate advice regarding Dance:
1. For those successful in dsa, do you join external competitions (solo or group) and win awards?

My dd didn't do any competition before submitting her application but will be competing next week as a group.

2. Are you also in dance cca in school or in syf?

No she doesn't have any cca in school.

3. Are you also expected to be showing min 80% in school results for P5 and P6?

I supposed so.

Hmmm. my child has a good performance portfolio, won awards, and had a good leadership portfolio. He has average grades. Not sure if they are looking for students with high scores. I guess I'll know tomorrow whether he made it. He thinks he did well in the auditions and interviews. Fingers crossed. :xedfingers:

I received a call this early afternoon that my girl has received a confirmed offer via music. She's also shortlisted for scholarship and need to go through an interview with the school for that. Can anyone advise how will the scholarship interview be like and what wud the P ask?
