My son in Sec1 O level this year. School is quite far from our place. Pls let us know if there is any transport service available for the school.

out of 143 schools indian can go to only 134 schools only

Rest of the other school are for Chineese

Only school which was missing in the list was RI for my Son.

I have checked the list I received against MOE school list

I also know some of the students who got shorter list and have even receive list of the schools with express o or n level

Linking Son case is about Sec 3 posting in which you have seats available in schools if someone leave due to relocation etc.

I am referring to Sec 1 posting through SPERS .

Although SPERS don’t share marks but based on the Performance of the students the list of the school vary. In case of my Son case only school which was missing is RI. Rest of the schools was in a list

I am dissapointed the way MOE have managed this .
For Sec 1 you cannot expect any vacant seat and it seems that MOE don’t have any assigned quotas in schools for SPERS students

My Son appeared for SPERS this year . We got a list of 133 schools including ACSI,NJC, Victoria,TJC etc . We approached schools but they directed us to contact MOE. Gave 6 options to MOE for placement but did not receive any of them.

It seems that MOE simply assign a Neighbourhood school in Sembawang .
They even did not bother to looked at kids score.
Same thing happened with other kids whom I know have appeared for SPERS and did well in exam

Anyone else have similar experience
