Yes please, how should we go ahead with this now? How do lodge a group complaint? The mobile contact number they had has also been de-activated. Also no responses to the emails sent to them.

Can we take any legal action or lodge a complain to police to get our refund?

I signed up for a class at Brillionaire Kids to start last Sunday (7 July) but was informed that they cannot continue their operation in NEX. Has anyone had the same experience? Am still waiting for the refund from Brillionaire Kids.

I'm also waiting for the refund. We paid full term just 2 days before its closure. Keep calling them for clarification about the refund but they never pick up the phone. They do texted me that the refund will take about 2 weeks. But keep ignoring the our calls. :xedfingers:
