      Hi,

You can check the MOE website to see the O'level result for year 2009 and 2010 that published on 2011 Jan and 2012 Jan respectivley.

      http://www.moe.gov.sg/media/press/2011/01/results-of-the-2010-singapore-cambridge-gce-o-level-examination.php

      http://www.moe.gov.sg/media/press/2012/01/results-of-the-2011-gce-o-level-examination.php

I have their year book 2011, some info. extracted for you:

      2010 GCE 'O\" Levels Result

Percentage passes for 5 or more subjects : 100%
Percentage passes for 7 or more subjects: 96.0%

This year, the school has also early release for celebrating good GGE 'O\" result too.

      Hope the above info. useful.

Thanks KiasuGrandMaster. Appreciate your quick and useful response.

I have seen the MOE press releases, but am specifically interested in CGS' results. A number of good schools (eg Chung Cheng, TKGS etc) actually posted details like the percentage of their students scoring distinctions by subject. Would you have that information and can share those with us?

      Many thanks in advance!

Is ok lah. From the year Book 2011:

2010 GCE 'o' level results Subject Analysis:

      Subjects
English Languagues 75.2% distinctions (National: 18.5%)
      CL 81.4% distinctions (National: 39.5%)

Fantastic! Thank you so much! Let's hope CGS keeps this up.

      [quote=\"anxiety_strikes\"]Hi all,

I've been trying to find out how CGS did at the 2011 GCE O Levels exams. I'm able to find the detailed results for many schools online, including Cedar, Chung Cheng etc., but not CGS.

Does anyone know and can share? Would appreciate that very much. Thanks.

p.s. I've tried calling the school to ask for the information but was told that they do not release it. Given that the results from so many other schools are available online, I've just worried that CGS has done badly in 2011 and is trying to hide that information. I've seen data that shows that CGS did well from 2002 to 2007 but not after. Please help. Thanks.

Hi haneyi, can I ask wats ur result? Do you match the cop for crescent? Thank you

Hi, yes, I reach the cut off point for Crescent. My score is 249+2.

      Hi Haneyi, congratulations!

Can I ask a stupid question please? I know CGS is not an SAP school, so I don't think the 2 extra points you have above is from HMT. Can you please tell me what those points are for? Thanks!
