      Hi snggy,

I’m driving a Toyoto Wish, I think 2 large luggage abit challenging unless the 1 pax is small sized.
The last row has 2 seats (can sit 2 adults or 3 children). To put luggage, the back of the seats must lay flat. If 1 seat’s backing flat, can only put 1 large luggage (lying horizontally). So the 2nd luggage will require the 2nd seat’s backing to come down as well. May still have a small space for a pax, but i think will be uncomfortable.
Best to ask the driver since he’s more familiar in arranging luggage & passenger.

Hi, may I check in Ximending, besides City Inn Plus, which would be the next better choice of hotels with family room (2 double beds)? Thanks.

      Hi busy mummy,

I agree with you, I pick my boy at abt 6+pm, and had to make a small u-turn at the gate area & park by roadside. Quite inconvenient & dangerous too.
I was told that its for the safety of the school children, but I don’t understand at that time, it’s already way past the sch hrs!

      ttoi,

Welcome Welcome! You also have 3 kids. Do you know any kids-friendly restaurants in Seoul (myeongdong), or any non-spicy dishes that is suitable for them?

      Hi pqy,

I'm going in Dec, on the wk before Christmas. πŸ™‚
I haven't receive them yet. But I read good reviews from gap website, someone also mention it can withstand harsh winter. If not enough, guess layering & thick longjohn will be nec. πŸ™‚
I'm also looking out for waterproof gloves & boots too. Haha so fun shopping for winter stuff. How I wish money is not a concern... Haiz

      Hi pqy,

I ordered Gap Warmest Jacket (with down fill) from overseas spree, for my 7yo, 5yo & 3yo. Each cost abt 65-78USD (before shipping). Order when there's a discount. So should be cheaper then if u buy from the retail here. πŸ™‚

      Hi all,
For the uniqlo heattech longjohn, do they have for kids as well?

      Hi all,

Just to share, that I just confirmed my 2D1N ski resort pkg with Winterfriend at 1700,000won for 7adult+5kids. Not sure if its cheap but at least hassle-free for us:
      1) private transfer from Inc airport to Yongpyeong (Tower condo)
      2) stay at tower condo for 1 night (3 units for our family)
      3) gondola ride tickets for everyone
      4) private transfer from yongpyong to our Seoul Ibis hotel the next day.

Does not include any ski rental (intend to go there see what we want to play first)
If sledding avail... maybe that's more fun for kiddos. πŸ˜›

Note that their early bird 5% disc until end sep.

      Hope this helps. πŸ™‚

      micollh,

For day trip & save time, better to book those resort near Seoul. Travel time is within 1hr. From my research, either Yangji Pine or Jisan Forest. Yangji Pine has more facilities & only 40mins drive.
For me, since staying 1N. will choose the bigger ones with better snow quality (i hope). πŸ™‚

      DKJA,
forgot to ask u the most impt qn, how much is the Dragon Valley Room that you booked? πŸ™‚

      Hi DJKA,

Hmm.. Then I should call them too. Do they speak good english? I scared later 'chicken & duck talk'. Did you book the western bed or ondol?
I heard their ondol was uncomfortable (like our blanket quilts)...but ondol can sleep more pple πŸ˜› Me, too, 1st time DIY. Also need to know if there's any playground for the kids... πŸ™‚

      Micollh,
Yes, I agree Ibis is quite exp. My room was just 1 doublebed & I booked 4 rooms for my grp. About 216,000 krw/room/night. I can't have twin(2-single bed) as they say each floor only 2 units of twin and separated in 2 far ends.
But this price is free cancellation if inform 24 hrs prior to arrival. So still keeping my options open. πŸ˜„
