Appreciate it if someone here can share with me how the schools shortlist the students for DSA interview, in the event that the number of applicants is overwhelming.

My boy was not selected in one of the schools for Math domain despite being first in class every year since P1, academic results above 90 marks for almost all subjects (Math confirm have) and his many achievements includes the following:
- NMOS 2019 (silver)
- Annual Mathlympics 2019 (silver)
- Singapore Mathematical Olympiad 2019 (participant)
- Annual Mathlympics 2018 (bronze)
- Student Council Exco Team Senior Vice President 2020
- Student Council Exco Team Vice President 2019
- Edusave Character Award 2019
- Edusave Scholarship 2019
- EAGLES 2019

Btw, he is from a ‘very’ neighborhood school.

She attended SOTA and NJC interviews for visual arts domain
