Posted quite some time back to share my girl's piano teacher. We have been with her for more than 3 years (Ahhh, time passes too fast!)
Anyone still needs contact?
Happy to share information since we feel that she is good with training my girl's technique/finger position while sustaining her interest. Comes to my house too, so it's more convenient.
Good to see more information sharing on this portal now... haven't been back in awhile on this portal!! :rahrah:

RE: Yamaha or Cristofori
Neither. I send my girl to private teacher. Faster and better learning! Just our thoughts.

My girl and I love our piano teacher! She's very dedicated, fun with kids, yet strict with their foundation! My girl everytime forgets to play in proper hand position and teacher will correct. =P She just did grade 3 and we're happy with the result!
Can PM me for contact!
P/s: Will love it if anyone can give me contacts for swimming instructors in the West. (Sorry irrelevant)
Hi Can share your piano teacher contact. Thanks. -
RE: All About Piano Lesson Costs
My girl’s teacher is quite flexible. She helped my girl to skip grades and still score distinctions for her ABRSM exams. And sometimes she teaches her non-classical music (when my girl wants a change from the usual classical) which my girl enjoys!
So I think it is important to find a teacher who is flexible and can still produce results. -
RE: Yamaha or Cristofori
To be frank... neither. I had enrolled my girl in Yamaha before, but found the pace and teaching style not suitable and not personalised.
Switched to private piano teaching, am happy with her current progress now.

RE: Yamaha Junior Music Course (JMC) - Discussion
I switched to individual lessons from Yamaha. Pace and teaching style at yamaha did not do well for my girl.
Currently, my girl is taking private lessons. More personalised. Will stick to private lessons…
Can PM me if need contact. -
RE: All About Recreational Swimming
Am looking for swimming instructors for my girl. We live in the West.
In return, I can share my girl’s piano teacher details if any parent is looking to send their child to piano lessons. We have been with her for quite long.
Hope to hear from some of you! Cheers~ -

RE: All About Choosing Piano Schools And Teachers
My kid and I disliked the style of teaching in piano schools.
Have switched to private teaching under a good piano teacher since she wanted to do grade 3. Am happy with her progress under private teaching!
Am willing to share my girls’ piano teacher’s details. Got to know about her through another parent too
Send me a PM if you want! -
RE: Any good piano Teacher to recommend?
My girl (6 YO, grade 3) is very pleased with her piano teacher! I am very pleased for the affordability too. She charge lower than market rate. Been with her for 2 years.
Feel free to ask me any questions
Really never believed in music schools.......
P/s: looking for swimming instructors.
