Hi,
Here're some tip you may want to consider. One effective way to help your kid find \"balance\" to help reduce his hyperactivity is a properly guided physical exercise/stretches that works on coordination of movements, systematic relaxation and breathing techniques which works on the left and right brain. This to a certain degree helps regulate the brain chemicals, induce calmness, better relaxation and thus, better concentration and focus. As kids that age are restless, keep the sessions short and fun learning. 20 to 30 minutes as a start should work. As the retention improves over time, can gradually increase to 45 minutes. Exercize outdoor and surrounding nature can be refreshing too! Give them encouragement, guide them, and compliment them when they get it right.
