Thanks for all the feedback. It's strange that I have to persuade my help to take her off days. I always assume that they prefer to have weekly off day. :scratchhead:

The option to compensate them for their off days is whether the employer need them or not on their off days. If not I don't see y employers should compensate even if employer willing to give off days.

I am confuse about situation whereby my help want to stay home and work, and I want her to go out and play. What is the guideline?
