I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my Ocher Deeper pan but I have a question for you guys. I read that there's some leak test we could do with the pan? Can someone pls tell me what I need to do with it?

Haha...simple. Just add water into the pan then tilt from side to side. There is a hole on the back, opposite the handle, so make sure you don't tilt back. Otherwise, you'll be wondering why your pan leaks.
