When you fry say luncheon meat, do you cover the pot or pan? I do and water droplets condensed at the underside of the cover. They then dropped into the pot or pan. Any method to prevent this from happening apart from not covering the pot or pan?

Does anyone own a Philips steam generator iron or any other brands of steam generator irons that's good? Pls recommend

I used to own a Tefal steam generator iron, similar to Philips, compared to conventional steam iron, ironing is definitely faster but I do experience water leaking from iron issue.
I have since switch Laura Star. The steam generated is even more powerful and no water leaking issue. Ironing in comparison is even faster. However, price is on the high side.

That's what I used to think too. My old Thomson did not give satisfying results despite trying different types of detergent. With my current Miele WM. Gosh! It uses less detergent but the laundry comes out cleaner. Old stains that cannot be removed are fading away.

I used miso very often. May be used to cook eggplant stew, stir fry cabbage with Korean chilli paste or as a marinate on salmon before grilling it.

One also has to consider the subjects that are available to NA. Pure science subjects are usually not available in NA.

At the end of day, one need to understand the character and capability of the child. If a slower pace is required and poly is the end point, choosing NA may be a better choice.
However, if the child needs a motivated environment (or pressured to study), and aiming to go through the JC> Uni route. Picking express may be better. The child may eventually still need to repeat (and spend an extra year like NA) but the subjects they are sitting for will prepare them better for JC.
We know there’s a chance to promote from NA to express. However, the numbers are small and the child may feel more miserable in a different environment competing against students who already have stronger base. I would say the child MUST promote when they turn sec 2. Changing to express at sec 3 plus streaming will really put the child at the bottom.
