My elder 1 is 3.5yo and younger one is 6M. Older one wait listed. Yes he currently goes to a cc near my place…my uncle knows the owner n loves the cc so my mum was q enthu abt it… U r waiting for 18M? Any other cc u are considering?

Yup Buds, from reading previous posts, I gathered your #3 and my #1 are the same age. My elder boy was a Sept 2010 baby. My #2 is youngest tho, he’ll only be 6M in March.

Are you talking abt Amazing Star Montessori at Greenridge Shopping Centre? I called in 2012 and was waitlisted. The lady I spoke to was quite brusque, she didn’t seem willing to answer my questions. I asked abt class size for playgroup/n1 and she said 24. I said "that’s a big class" and she replied in a very defensive tone that it’s within the MCYS guideline and seemed to want to hang up. I was quite =_= but my hubs said maybe she had a bad morning, if I had spent my morning facing screaming tots, I would go a crazy! I felt that was a valid point n let it go. Hehe. But I haven’t heard from them yet …

I read Glenn Doman too but gave up to concentrate on Montessori

Thanks for your PM! Sigh, it drives home to me how woefully little I know abt how to go about teaching my son… He’s not very good with alphabets yet…would the sandpaper alphabets be a better starting point? He’s 3 going on 4, which by Montessori terms, means all the sensitive periods are kicking in? I WANT to learn to use these to help him! Must read up!

Abt my name…hehe, it’s cos when I was single, I was often "naughty" (being a shopaholic, eating too much, staying up too late…you get the idea), therefore the "bad".
