Since you are not staying within 1km of the sch, it's diff to get in even in P2B (via GRL or PV route).

Oh no.... Cos I see quite a few Rulang students in my area, so I think might be able to have a chance. My mum's neighbour grandchild is in Rulang too. Her parents work as PV. I wonder if I can do anything at the moment?
