thanks for sharing and highlighting this cosmetic issue on keloid treatment for fdw.
this is something new - i was not aware that we as employer would also have to be responsible for such non-life threatening issue or medical-related issue. but this is not a must, right? since it is non life threatening?
i know a few friends with keloids on their arms as well; from the BCG injection when they were babies, but none went for treatment since that was a norm back then for most kids of our generation. why then the fdw need such treatment?
