      Yes, you're right.
      For 2a(2) -
      The high risk profile to enter balloting (if it were to occur) will be those staying more than 2 km, from nan Hua.

      thus, future potential parents from now on applying for parent volunteer into nan Hua primary -
      ESP. Those staying more than 2 km, from nan Hua, need to consider carefully.

      At the moment, the pv application form doesn't restrict, by distance. But going forward, not sure.

      Master,if there is balloting in 2A(2), it means there is NO 2B/2C phases at all ==>No point to do PV or any other similar activities which will only make you are eligible for 2B even you are living next to the school. šŸ˜ž
