May I check those who received notifications for DSA leadership at SNGS and or other Schools.... do your child hold any significant leadership role in school ie Head/ Vice Head Prefect, Captain and Vice Captain of sports and CCAs?

We recieved from SNGS for leadership. My DD only perfect since P3. In dance CCA I heard she was tasked to \"monitor\" e lower pri warmup n routine but this I'm not sure is recorded cos her record book dun have this info.
Like I mentioned b4 during SNGS dsa talk. E teacher just said apply... so our hope was not high for this domain.

We applied dance and leadership for SCGS but only got called for dance Audition..

Just called Crescent Girls, they have started to call up the shortlisted ones, if by 15 July never receive the call means not shortlisted

She is a planner... she knows wat she wants but now she in a dilemma cos she not sure O level or IP.
So if e interviewer asked her which she prefers she actually dun know how to choose or answer.
But when we at SCGS... the principal said if student goes in as o level n if got potential they maybe offered IP in sec 2.. anyone know whether true or not?
SCGS n SNGS both IP goes to e same JC

This year, St Nick received a lot, a lot more Dsa applications for Leadership, compared to last year (2018), hence it is really not easy to be short-listed for Leadership. I would think SNGS got alot applicants cos when we went for e DSA talk.. e teachers said dun worry.. just apply.. dun know.. just apply n leave e rest to them to sort out.
They said impt is they will \"talk\" to e girls n see whether are they a fit to e school.
No need to prepare anything... some parent are like 🤨🤨 (me included)

Academic is for IP, while Leadership apply to both OP and IP students.

Those of you during portal online submission, if had chosen no preference for Leadership, whether u want OP (4 years) or IP (6 years) :

During interview, the panel of interviewers will assess whether you are more suitable to study OP, or to study IP.

And off topic question... what do you wear there? School uniform or outside clothing?
Trial n Audition is straight forward but academic and leadership domain not so sure.
Dun want to be e odd one by clothing. Kids already stressup don't want this to add up to DD stress
