As for household cam, i am using motion sensor cam directed at my front door.

That would be nice, and since it is a genuine complain, the employers must state their real name and maid's name as well as the agency.

If your maid had finished working off all her loan, simply send her home.

Most agency contract will end when the maids had finished servicing all her loans.
You can check with your agency on that, and see if there is any penalty for canceling and sending her back, tickets I trust that you have to bear for it.
