Snail mail at this era :roll: what if our dear postman misplace the mail? Email plus snail mail will be a better option

For WL, my understanding after reading this forum is -

There bound to have students who turn down their CO. This is because there will be students whom receive CO from multiple schools and may know choose DHS. Then DHS will backfill with those student in WL. I believe they already have a queue system for those under WL.
