To put it crudely, the womb is just the incubator for the baby to grow so the age of it will not have that much of an impact as compared to the age of your ovaries.
However, when I heard the news, I was thinking they are risking a lot, will they not have a higher chance of having a child and a safer option if the mother were to be a surrogate rather then give her daughter her womb? There is a risk of rejection and in the end, both will be wombless and will require unrelated parties to surrogate for them if they want to go down that path.
But I guess it depends on their main objective, to have a child or for the daughter to experience pregnancy or for advancement of medical science.
