Sorry I need advices as in I'm serving my RC but my current house is at 1-2 km range to Nan Hua Primary and I'm thinking of shifting my house to <1km within Nan Hua to increase the balloting chance within the same GRC.
Few questions to clarify:
1, Can I continue to serve the current RC after move house?
2, When requesting the recommendation letter to be eligible for 2B round, can i use my new house location to obtain the letter from my original RC and qualifying for <1km criteria?
3, or do I have to join the new RC to be qualified for <1km.
