245 is way too low from cop. Even if student is a rejected DSA applicant, it is still over the board. Seems that RI and RGS are making too many concessions this year to admit students. Even if they get in, I worry these students may not be able to cope with the programmes and learning pace as they do not even meet the cop to begin with. The cop is there for a reason.
