I’m looking to buy used P1 primary school textbook (in good condition) used by CHIJ primary. All subjects in P1. At $1 per book (if possible) cos want to use it as my reference only. If any mummy has the books to let go, please PM me. Many thanks in advance.

RE: All About Right Brain Training
I’ve placed my 4YO in Heguru Novena in 2013. There was another mommy with 1.5 years old sitting next to me. Heguryu actually allows kids of different age group to be in the same class, unlike Shicida. But personally, I felt that the 1.5YO is too young to know what is happening, and was walking around the class. Personally, I wouldn’t recommended.

RE: Zoophonics
I wanted to sign my girl up for I Can Read cos wanted her to learn phonics but was told that ZooPhonics is better. I’ve been trying to call Zoophonics Thomson since last week. No one picks up the phone. There were no reply to my email and they don’t return call. I give up! Lorna Whiston is having open house today. I’ll probably just check them out.

RE: Our Favorite Books
I got The Carrot Seed for my daughter when she turned 2 YO. Very simple to read yet meaningful. Talks about the little boy who perservered and eventually managed to grow carrot seeds when everyone told him that "it won’t come up".

RE: 四五快读 Methods
Does anyone knows what's the difference between the new and the old version of SWKD? I bought the older one but am thinking if I should purchase the newer version, since I'm still at the beginning of the first book.
Also came across another set of learning material for teaching chinese to young children from an online bookstore http://www.readwithmemommy.com, called 我会读 written by a local author. Is anyone using this series? Any feedback on this books? -
