I am a complete newbie in this area and hope to get some recommendations of Math centers / tutors for my child. He really loves Mathematics and has been asking for additional math classes for many months. He is in lower primary, but can grasp primary school math textbook concepts couple of years ahead. Is there any math center that you would recommend that would continue to spark his interest in Math? Looking more at IQ math / math olympiad style training. Quick google brings up Math Hub and Math Oasis, does anyone have feedback on these two centers or any other newer centers? Many Thanks.

In my condo there are easily 20 China people who have converted to Singaporeans for their kids just to get into top schools. I see them during my son's swimming class and during our daily walks. Imagine these 20 are around the son age.. one condo only.. there are easily 30 condos around us so I presume the chances of real locals entering top schools will be down this year and next year
Very true, we PV with one of such parents and their son eventually is in the same class as my son. They even localized their surname !!
They are just a kiasu or even more than us Singaporean. A \"such\" coli of mine has started analyzing all the school registration statistics now and planning her bet and where to buy properties ... her kid is a few months old... :nailbite:
Similar experience a colleague of mine had. Volunteered for a brand name Pri school in Bukit timah, of the 15 volunteers, half were originally from China but had converted to Singapore citizenship -

Will probably see some last min shifts from nanyang to Henry park tomorrow. Looks like Henry park will have no balloting this year at 2B again, very surprising.
