Yes, when they first started in January there will be a test conducted by the Chinese department. If ur child meets the criteria he/she can take HCL. Only those with CL A* or HCL merit needs not go thru the hassle.

Hi everyone. My son is in P3 this year and is considering joining the Scouts as a CCA. Does anyone has kids in this CCA? What is the commitment level of this uniform group in RSS? Eg, just once a week meetings or more than once a week.


DS needs a lot of time for his academic subjects. I want to understand the demand of this CCA before he commits.
