yes, but it also means that there might be a possibility that only 1 of the twins is successful. u get 2 ballot slips if u choose to ballot the twins as one.

I have a question about balloting. For twins, are they given 1 chance or 2 at the ballot?

If the child is a citizen, he/she will be given 2 chances for balloting. For twins, iirc, is either 4 chances or 2 chances depending on whether the parent wants the twins to be balloted together. Meaning, 1 ballot slip = 2 children.
