Have you ever tried cooking without the rubber sealer? I was wondering what would be the food quality in the even the rubber sealer is spoilt without any extras on hand.
Normally after cooking, how do you wash the pan and do you have to wipe it dry or leave it to air dry on its own?

I’m very keen to get a pan however, any idea if the rubber seal release any toxic chemical when exposed to high temperature?
