lizawa:What we had to do was memorise all these Chinese characters - Is Chinese has become a subject to test memory????Equally impressive, is one Chinese boy from Bukit Panjang Govt high, whose mother tongue is \"Higher Malay\" with 9 A1s.tankee:Extracted from CNA
forging ahead is top Malay student Nadiah Nadhirah, who scored a distinction in Chinese, despite taking up the subject only in Secondary One.
She said: \"What we had to do was memorise all these Chinese characters and there were times when I felt like I wanted to quit Chinese. But motivation from my parents, my friends and my teachers enabled me to go all the way up to the O-Levels.\"
this is a role-model for all that say Chinese is too tough, especially for the Chinese race.
