Any parents with pri 3 English HA kids?

Want to check class size and contents.
      Can pm me too. TQ.
My child was in the p3 EL ha class before she was very demoralised after lesson. The vocabulary is very tough. Doubt a p5 would know how to do. The class size is small.

My child has never copied the compo from the board. I am surprised to hear this. Then again, we have been with the parkway and Thomson branch and bt operates differently.

Went for PTM yesterday, looks like it's going to be a hectic year ahead. Talk about the new English Syllabus. Told myself to take it one day at a time. Remedial classes for MT as already started! thank god DD don't have to attend. However from term 2 supplementary classes will begin twice a week. She already as CCA twice a week. So in future she as to stay back 4 times a week.

Then in June there is Taiwan trip for a week, organized by the MT class.

Isn't it a bit too much for a 11 yrs old. I am thinking of not allowing her to attend one of the supp classes. Is it possible if I write to the teacher stating that I am not in favor????

It's better not to. They may touch on certain stuff for exams.

      Dear parents!

Can I check what do we need to bring for p2 2014?
Also, can i check that we do not need to change the name label? (current is orange one). Because my son can still fit the P1 school uniform.
Would appreciate if the mummies here can help! Thanks!!
There is no need to change name tags throughout his primary school years. You can get him to bring all the 2A textbooks, workbooks and files for submission.

      Hi TAS,

I am interested in a P5 creative writing class. Any chance of opening a class in the new location, Parkway?

Based on this year schedule Wednesday is for Value Education and Malay language. Most of the CCA is also fall on Wednesday except for those with external trainer which I thought was good arrangement. The student do not require to stay back too many days.

Next year not sure whether the new principal will change or not.

Are there any supplementary lessons for P3?

Not sure about P3s but for the P4s, they pulled out the top few students in the best 2 CL classes and gave them supplementary lessons to push them for better grades. So you may want to take note.

Not surprised as the same is happening to dance. Parents send their girls for private coaching just to get into their future dream secondary school.
