No, they don't issue a voucher. What I do is print out the confirmation email and show it at the hotel. The main thing they look for is the confirmation code and name of customer. I have used them to book hotels in the US and Europe and have had no problems.

I always use booking.com too. I have booked a couple of x n have no prob too..[/quote]Same here, I always use booking.com because you don't have to pay a deposit at all till you reach your destination. Although you may have to leave your credit card number, I have no problems so far!
