Hi - I am looking at placing my daughter at the infant care at LSH downtown east. The caregivers didn’t look passionate when I visited the center. I am not sure if it is worth the high price tag of $2140 / month (before subsidy). Any feedback on the downtown east branch?

RE: [Changi/Pasir Ris/Tampines/Simei] Preschools
Hi,
I am a first time mummy, staying in Pasir Ris area near Loyang Point. I am intending to send my girl to full time child care situated near our place when she turns 18 months.
So far, I have shortlisted a few but would love to hear and gather some feedback or any recommendation on these childcare listed below:
1)Nissi childcare
2) Amar kid childcare
3) Jude Child care
4) Kinderland
5) Kidzmonte Child
Thank a lot!!
Hi KiasuNewbie,
I, too, am a first time mummy staying along Jalan Loyang Besar (we stay very nearby!). I’ve checked out several childcare centers around Pasir Ris and personally like Sunflower Montessori (opp. Pasir Ris Park - along Elias Road) due to the space and curriculum. However, as the location is inaccessible, I’ll be giving this a miss. You can check it out if location is not an issue.
Form your options above, IMHO, kinderland (along upper change road or Loyang point?) will be a better option as compared to the rest. Kidzmonte is along a very busy road - consider air pollution when the children are in the outdoor playing.
Again IMHO, I’ll prefer the school setting to be on a landed property so the children will have a dedicated area for outdoor activities. You can also be assured that your child will be safe in the outdoor during school hours.
(There are some negative review about Nissi Childcare so you may want to review it.)
