I browsed through the pages and I looked at how people judge an agency based on statistics on the MOM website as well as other sources instead of their personal experience over at the agency makes me wanna laugh hard.

Thanks for the sharing. Very helpful. Agree that qualitative things matter more. But quantitatively MOM data are the only numbers we can use. Is it fair to say agencies with good numbers are not necessarily good, but bad numbers are definitely should be avoided?
