With an unsupportive P like the previous one, teachers dun feel comfortable working in the environment. They will feel tired from dealing with unnecessary stuff and underappreciated which affects their morale, affecting the kids' learning.

Indeed, such toxic behaviour of the management (and even hods) needs to be eradicated. It is totally disgusting to be double standard and multiple-faced.

Xms school used to gave me very good impression. ( please look at my previous post). But not anymore. It is true that many teachers left the school. A red flag with the school management. Apparently problems arise when the new chinese VP transferred in 2 years plus ago. She replaced the outgoing malay ex VP.

I am wondering if the reason for teachers leaving is because of senior teachers (year head N hod) that are longer in the school forming clique outcasting fellow teachers.
Let hope the new principal will change the environment and purge out the toxic. For the benefits of students and good teachers.

A2 for science and 75% overall for triple science class . Which is achievable for most.

There is another 2 classes for double pure.
