OMG ! I FINALLY FOUND IT ! AN app that does meets my need as a parent who respect my kid’s privacy : )
I found a really interesting app that might be able to keep my child safe. Looking at the app, it does not infringe on my child’s privacy while offering parents a quick overview of the online well-being of the child.
Really interesting app. I think many parents will love it.

Wouldn't checking their internet usage regularly too intrusive ?
It's always good to remind your child the do's and dont's of internet.. make sure to let them understand as well why and how it will affect their lives. It's also good to check your child's internet usage regularly. -

How do you talk to your daughter about such topic ?
Hi, I completely agree that parents should constantly talk about this with their children, and as often as possible. This is a terrible but very important topic that everyone should talk about. I am constantly talking with my daughter about this. -

Do you think communication alone is enough to check on their online wellbeing ?
While any type of bullying can be hurtful, cyberbullying can hurt someone just as much as physical or verbal bullying because:
It’s public – lots of people can see it
It spreads quickly
It can be hard to escape
The bully can be anonymous
Removing it can be a difficult process
Always check your kids from time to time now that they are at home. Social media is one of the platforms with a lot of cases of cyberbullying.
Or have you ever thought of checking their internet activity ? In your case, do you check their social media activity ? -

do you mind sharing with us how old your child is when you start using parental control software ?
Yes to avoid my child from accessing explicit content and so I can manage his screen time as well. It's very hard to control him with his screen time without any supervision.crystal_lim\" post_id=\"1970437\" time=\"1586321749\" user_id=\"185017:
Have anyone thought of using parental control app on your child's phone ?
If yes, why?
If no, why ?
My son is 12. I am really worried about his device usage but I also do not want to be seen as an overbearing mother who restricts his freedom to learn online. I know that parental control software helps to block and filter content. But I'm wondering if that is enough ?
I have been thinking a lot about using such software. But I fear that the trust between my child and I will be eroded...
Would anyone even want to risk the erosion of trust just for the sake of ensuring their \"safety\" online ?
or are we just feeding our own anxiety at the expense of our child's privacy ? -
