I am a new user and i am new singapore PR. My daughter is in K2 now and I am having headache on where to register her this yr.

1st choice SV - less than 1km so meaning balloting require and chances not high, right? I under 2C???

Or i better direct register to CCKPS? Very confuse to register primary school in Singapore…really need all u help.
