I can’t wait for March holidays to come more than my sons. No need to wake up early to get them ready for school, no need to coach them in their homework until late night after a tiring day from work. At least can do all these things at a more relaxed pace.
Pity two sons because they have tons of homework nowadays and they were still doing homework at 10.30 pm almost everyday. How to have enough sleep for such young children?

RE: 2012 PSLE Discussions and Strategy
Really very very worried after reading all the posts. Told son to revise his p5 work especially his maths. He has done some work but I have yet to mark. Work till 9-10 pm almost every day and too tired to go thru his work.
How to motivate DS to work hard on his own? Wanted to ask him to read this thread so that he will understand how stressful and lack of time he will have next year!
He loves to play computer and watch TV and I've told or more like scolded him to \"wake up\" umpteen times. :nunchuk: :nunchuk:
Seeing some of your kids doing intense revision during the holidays and some even doing mind mapping makes me feel even more kan cheong!
Just wanted to let out my worries, sorry for lor-soh-ing :imsorry: -

RE: Looking for better 2nd & 3rd tier Secondary Schools
Son is currently studying in ACS primary and he’s just an average student. Because of the strong sense of loyalty, students have been encouraged to choose back ACS Barker or ACS Independent. After reading all the discussions and the statistics (band 8), not very willing to put son in ACS Barker.
Would anyone who has sons studying in ACS Barker share their experience or comments on the school.
Thank you very much.
