Hi,
My son been there since Jan. The school is very very good and the teachers are so warm. When my son was ill, they even post us a get well card. Not once, but 2 times!
However, i am pulling him out and put him to My First Skool near my in laws and my place after June.
It is a sad and diffcult decision but because he takes the school bus and he is the last to alight...quite poor thing.
I strongly encourage you to send you kid there
Btw, i will be posting his uniform to sell. Let me know if you keen to purchase.

RE: Caterpillar's Cove
Yeah i went there for a look. Very good environment and most of the kids' parent are lecturers of Ngee Ann Poly.
But the fees are really high so i decided to give a skip. My friend transfered her kids there but after awhile she put them back to the original childcare.
Reason: The kids there are really bright and they can speak mandarin very well as there are story telling in mandarin. Her older son were motivated to learn mandarin because he was impressed how well other kids are. Then after a while her older boy started crying and go into \"depression\". Principle called her up and told her that he felt demoralised because other kids are too smart. My friend felt so bad because her son told her he went to Cateroillar Cove just to please her but he prefers the original childcare because all his friends are there. My fren immediately transfer him back
Its just my feedback la
Depends if your kids have ever went to other childcare. If no, then it will be an excellent environment for ur kids.
If they have been attending other childcare then consider if they can adapt new place and their feelings

RE: [Clementi/Pasir Panjang/Sunset Way/West Coast] Preschools
Oic, think there are only PCF within walking distant then. Or you can consider touch childcare cum kindergarden at Blk 333. opposite interchange.
For me, i stay next to MRT near Botak Jones. I will sent my son to school every morning then, the school bus will send him back to my mother in law place at sunset way.
But i think 3 yrs old may be too young to take the school bus so for first few months, my mother in law may fetch him from school till he settle down. -

RE: Clementi Woods kindergarten
wow wii,
you reply quick. Thanks. I just emailed them to ask if i can visit the schoo. Because i stayed in Clementi.
Tot of putting him at Newton Kindergarden with strong Chinese teaching but its quite far. Well, my hubby cannot teach chinese because his parents are very English spoken. And now my son is taken care of by my mother in lawβ¦for sure he will be like daddy. cannot speak a word of Chinese.
How old is you girl now? Still studying there? -
RE: Clementi Woods kindergarten

Mummy Dalki: New Kiasu Mummy!!
Hi all,
My fren introduced me to this forum recently when i asked her questions about when i should send my son to playgroup etc...coz i am really clueless!!! My son was born on 13th Sept 2007. Then i realised i must start looking our for suitable nursery for him to start in 2010.
Ok, maybe i not so KS hee hee...coz he will be 28months old or 2 yrs 4 months and i know parents start sending kids to enrichment classes from 18 months.
when i was young my parents never stressed me to excel, just be happy and to get through every level which i did
heng... So i guess i will do likewise for my son. As long as he passes every exam , get a degree and decent job, i happy liao!
I found this forum extremely informative. Keep up the brilliant job!
Thats All Folks!
