    • RE: [Bukit Merah] Primary Schools

Hi all, my friend has a query. Her eldest girl is in Hougang Primary School. She was from Radin Mas Primary School. She is considering to enrol her younger girl in Radin Mas Primary School under Phase 2A2. What are her chances of getting her younger girl in to Radin Mas? Also more importantly, since she is staying in Hougang, is it worth her efforts to travel to Bukit Purmei in the morning? Another problem is the waiting list for Primary 3 for her elder girl in Radin Mas is more than 20!! ?? Advice please šŸ™‚

Hi Luanee, thanks for your sharing. There are so many enrichment schools, I spoke to some and am super confused, do you have any recommendations? :?

      Thanks!

That depends on where u stay? As ctct said, the learning lab is quite popular but i heard it has a long waiting list.

Hi Luanee and ctct, we are staying at shelford, thanks a lot for your input. does the learning lab offer tuition for all subjects? Other than the learning lab, any other recommendations that does not have a waiting list? thanks

Hi all, my gal just started pri 1 this year. So far, so good. According to her, the best part of going to school is to buy her own food during recess šŸ˜„ I would like to know if is it the norm for pri 1 student to have tuition? Not sure if I should get her started on any. Thanks!

I think u can monitor how she perform in school first before deciding which subjects she need help in. My girl attended Math enrichment class since P1 and we started her on Chinese enrichment class in P2.

Hi all, with the current standing of 33 applicants within 1 km for raffles girls primary school, what is the chance of not balloting within this category? Appreciate all input and thoughts

    • birthday treat idea

      Hi,

I would like to take my girl, Izella who is 6 for a special treat for her birthday. I was thinking of giving her a mini makeover ;- with mani, pedi and maybe hairstyling. (Think there is one at Great World City but the weekend parking is madness 😢)

      Any other recommendations?

      Thanks
