Is there any guidance for the students to manage the time at home on assignments given by teachers??? I noted my child is heavily spending time on the art after coming back from the school, just because the form teacher is an art teacher.

I think this will deviate students focus on the main subjects. Hope the form teacher will provide good guidance that helps students.
