    • RE: Q&A - PSLE Math

      Pls help.Thanks!!

A certain number of boys and girls participated in the annual Math Olympiad Contest last year. This year 165 more boys joined the contest and the number of girls who participated increased by 5%. As a result, the total number of boys and girls who participated this year increased by 10% as compared to last year. If there are 2 310 participants this year, how many girls participated in last year’s contest?

      Pls help with this qn.Thanks

20% of Jack’s stamps is equal to 30% of Vindra’s stamps. 25% of Jack’s stamps is equal to 35% of Vindra’s and Kumar’s stamps. Given that Jack and Kumar had a total of 242 stamps, how many stamps did Vindra have?

Ali,Ben and Calvin collected stamps in the ratio 7:4:9.After Calvin ave 3/10 of his stamps to Ali and Ben,Ali had 60 more stamps than Calvin and Ben's number of stamps increased by 35%.
a)What was the ratio of Ali's stamps to Ben's stamps to Calvin's stamps in the end?
b)How many stamps did Calvin have at first?
