i have started my 2 kids on piano but my younger son dropped out after just 6 months (he didnt want to practice & we didnt want to force him).
my elder has been "clinging-on" for over a year.
he does practice on his own but he likes to remember the notes and not read the notes… this is really annoying. any method to change this habit ?
theory wise, he is ok (can recognise the notes).
btw, he is still in the beginners class (one to one) at Cristofori.
he is using keyboard which we bought from Toys R Us. we thought to buy piano only when he is going for exams.

RE: Recommendation for children art course
My elder son has been drawing since he’s 2.
My younger son is not dat good at drawing but he’s quite good at cut & paste.
We have been on Nafa’s emailing / waiting list but still no good news
we recently enrolled them in a painting class and are quite happy with the improvement. -
