My DD1 slept in cot in own room until she was 14 months. Then she refused to sleep there and caused so much chaos that we moved the cot to our room and she was fine after that. We got her a toddler beds to replace the cot when she was two and she remained there until 8!! Several times we got her to move to own room but her daddy missed her and persuaded her to move back with us!!!


DD2 is now in cot in our room since we know that she will join us sooner or later.
