After registering my Filipino helper on the POEA website and adding her beneficiary, SSS and PAG-IBIG data, I was able to directly obtain and print her OEC online (no appointment booking or fees involved).
The website states that the issuance of an OEC requires an active OWWA membership - I know that her membership has lapsed (via the OWWA mobile app), so I’m unsure why I was able to obtain the OEC. In any case, we will be renewing her OWWA membership at the embassy shortly.
Her most recent contract/employer undertaking has not been certified by the embassy (although her work permit and insurance are all in order).
Will this matter at all when she returns to Singapore? It seems the OEC is all that matters.
I’m aware that she needs to register for an eArrival Card from the One Health Pass website as well.
I am able to get her vaccination record from HealthHub, but not her vaccination certificate from the Notarise website; is the former sufficient?

Thank you - so 14 days extra pay and the cost of a return ticket? Where are these policies documented? I can't seem to find them on MOM's website.
You have to pay her the home leave (about 2 weeks) if she is not going home. You can try on those ticketing website to find the cost of the air ticket. -

What compensation should I be giving to my FDW as she wasn’t able to go back to PH due to the COVID pandemic? I read somewhere that it should be the cost of a return-trip airline ticket to the nearest airport to her town? How do I even calculate that? I looked at the MOM website but it doesn’t seem to cover this.
