Yes. Vacancy will be given to WL first, only if there is extra vacancies available after that, then will open SIE.

No. Heard from RVHS during the test/trial on the 12th July that they have not received the GAT results for some applicants yet. Will send out notification for test/trial once they received the GAT result for the 2nd batch of applicants.
